The author is Elzbieta Wasserfurth. As a member of Lebkomm and Partners of Change, she has visited Kenya on several occasions, staying with rural women, helping them with farm work – and watching them cook.
Over the years, she has recorded the recipes of the women of Yala and Kisii. The result is this 32-page cookbook.
